Year 5/6 2019 - 2020

Mrs Cooper

Hi everyone, I hope that you are all remaining safe in your homes and that you are working through your tests this week?

Please remember to upload the results and thankyou to those that already have.

There are some outstanding writing tasks still (to be in for today), so will leave the section on the homework page until next week.

You have enough work to last until after Easter, but I will upload some more next week in case you are running out!

Remember that you can use the suggested web links also.

Our class size is 31. We have 17 boys and 14 girls

Our class book at the moment is Room 13 by Robert Swindells. We are working really hard in English - reading and writing through different genres - linking in our spelling, punctuation and grammar. Our Mathematics involves fluency, reasoning and problem solving using the four number operations for the next couple of weeks. We are also developing fluency in arithmetic - tables are crucial!!

Our P.E. is with 'Little Sports' on Wednesday.

Please take afew minutes to complete our Assessment for Learning Pupil Questionnaire!

The survey provides you with the opportunity to give feedback on what’s happening in the classroom and to give a picture of practice across the school. Please click here to take the survey. Thank you!
